Everything, the lady on reception who welcomed us couldn't have been more accommodating. I discussed my need to be here for medical purposes and honestly she was fantastic, understood my condition and helped provide extra pillows in order to make my back more comfortable. It was a small detail but to me it meant a lot and she is an absolute credit to your hotel and for that reason alone I would gladly stay here again. We are planning a family trip to see the Roman Baths and other sites with our children. I will most definitely look to come and stay here. I also managed to obtain a late check with zero fuss or questions asked which again made my medical appointment so much easier to attend. I was due there at 1400 and was able to get a 1300 check out. Given my current health this was so welcomed as I would have struggled trying to kill time whilst so uncomfortable and in pain. I wish I had remembered the ladys name and hope you are able to figure out who it was as her customer service was the best I've had when staying away. As I say it probably wasn't a big deal to yourselves but when I am struggling in pain, got my children with me, away from home etc. To be treated as if nothing was a big deal to ask or too big to ask, it just set the tone for a very positive trip on my recovery.

Staff were very friendly on check in, didn't feel the need to greet you every time on the way in and out which personally I like! Room was stylish and spacious, good sized bed. Bathroom had a little motion censored light which I thought was such a great touch for in the night. The room was on the front and there was noise on a night but it had usually stopped by the time we wanted to go to sleep, this was midweek however so may differ on a weekend, especially with a pub right outside. Location was great, we went scenic routes a lot of the time not realising how close everything was! Sally Lunn's was steps away, Bath Abbey and Roman Baths not much further!

Sarah

Fantastically located round the corner from the Abbey and close to the river. (This does mean there is only drop-off parking and you have to use the pay-for parking down the road). I offloaded my bags and they were taken to my room which was such a treat. Room was in an annexe 2 doors down, which meant it was very quiet - no slamming doors. Very luxurious and comfortable, with huge windows. Wifi was good and there was a desk for working. Delicious breakfast served early which was helpful. And price-wise, cost no more than a very ordinary Travelodge type hotel.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for six nights. The location is excellent for walking around the city and its sights. Several tasty restaurants within a block or two. Easy walk from the train station. We enjoyed the wide range of menu options both at the buffet and hot breakfasts. There's cozy bar for evening reading and conversations. The room has good lighting and the bathroom is pretty with a versatile shower. Each staff member was welcoming and helpful.

Annette

Arrived and was offered an upgrade to a two bedroom suite. Absolutely fantastic facilities in the perfect location to explore Bath. Couldn't have been more comfortable in the accommodation. Lots of storage space and a bathroom to die for. We felt like we were VIPs and were warmly welcomed by reception and checked in swiftly and efficiently. Once we secured the car at Bath Cricket Club, we had no need for transport to explore the city.
